MTP(8) TRUNK ASSEMBLY is a high-density fiber optic cable packed many fibers (24) with multiple connectors at the ends containing 8 fibers. It significantly reduces labor and testing time, improves airflow and saves space in cable trays and designed for fast and compact connections in data centers and high-speed networks.
High-quality MTP® connectors provide very low insertion loss and reliable long-term support for high-speed network applications.
Preferably used for multi-channel connection between racks.
